("RSVR Jewelers", "we", "us", or "our") through our Squarespace website. By making a purchase from our website, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible merchandise, beginning from the date you receive your items. To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at returns@rsvr.co with your return request and reason

  2. Await confirmation of your return approval

  3. Upon approval, you will receive return shipping instructions

  4. Ship your item(s) as directed in the return instructions

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements.

REFUND PROCESSING

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise:

  1. We will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return requirements

  2. You will be notified of the approval status of your refund

  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval

  4. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We request that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise:

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our standard return process

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item

For merchandise shipped to European Union countries, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws:

  1. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason

  2. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
