Warranty and Service Policy
Warranty Coverage
RSVR Jewelers guarantees that your custom engagement ring is free from manufacturing defects and flaws in craftsmanship at the time of delivery. This warranty covers unforeseen defects in workmanship, setting quality, and structural integrity directly resulting from the production process—not issues arising from normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or alterations after delivery.
Client Approval Process
Prior to production, you will review and approve the CAD design of your custom piece. Upon delivery, you will have the opportunity to inspect the finished ring to confirm it meets your expectations and is free from defects. Once you accept the piece and take possession, the transaction is considered complete.
Post-Delivery Responsibility
After delivery and acceptance, RSVR Jewelers is not responsible for any subsequent damage, loss, theft, stone loss, or alterations to the ring. Future repairs or issues arising from normal wear and tear fall outside the scope of warranty unless they can be directly proven to result from a manufacturing defect present at the time of delivery.
Included Services
Free Resizing: One complimentary resizing (within 1–2 sizes, depending on design constraints) is available within the first 6 months of purchase. Full eternity bands and certain intricate designs may be excluded from resizing.
Complimentary Cleaning & Inspection: Annual complimentary cleaning and stone-setting checks are available for the lifetime of your ring. To maintain warranty validity, we require annual inspection and cleaning appointments.
Minor Maintenance: Free prong tightening, polishing, and minor adjustments are included during scheduled inspections in the first year.
Appraisal: An appraisal can be available upon request at purchase to support insurance coverage.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Loss, theft, mysterious disappearance, or accidental damage not due to a manufacturing defect
Stone loss resulting from accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, or failure to attend recommended inspections
Damage from external force, harsh chemicals, or improper care
Repairs or alterations performed by jewelers other than RSVR Jewelers (which may void the warranty)
Normal wear and tear after acceptance of the piece
Warranty Validity
Warranty remains valid with regular annual inspection and maintenance. Failure to follow recommended maintenance or repair schedules may void warranty coverage for stone loss or setting issues. All warranty claims must be supported by evidence of a manufacturing defect, not wear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Insurance
For complete protection against loss, theft, accidental damage, and stone loss after delivery, we strongly recommend securing independent jewelry insurance through a specialized provider. We work closely with a jewelry insurance provider and would be happy to personally refer you upon request.
